The carpet / area rug cleaning process begins with a pre-conditioning. We agitate the cleaning agents using a floor machine with a soft nylon brush. This lifts up the matted down fibers and agitates the cleaning agents on all sides of the fibers before the cleaning. After the pre-conditioning, we clean the carpets / rugs with a rinsing agent using heat & high water pressure. Water alone will not remove detergent residue. Worse yet, many cleaners simply run more detergent through their steam cleaning lines leaving large amounts of residue. Fro this reason area rugs should never be cleaned at the premises, but in professional facilities! |
The deodorizing & sanitizing of the carpet /area rug kills the germs & leaves a fresh clean smell throughout. This can be particularly important if you let pets inside your house.
