I’ve got over the phone estimates from different carpet, upholstery cleaners that said unbelievably cheap prices. Why “ballpark figures” aren’t accurate that are given over the phone?  

Professional carpet cleaners Shouldn’t give price over the phone because of many reasons. Two of these are:    
1. It won’t be accurate. Seeing what we are giving price for is the right way to do. That is why estimates are Always Free!   
2. Switch & Bait method is exactly working as telling something else, than explaining why is way more expensive, just to rip off the potential customers.

Is it more expensive to do the “Green” way?         

The simple answer is No. Going green doesn’t mean spending more “green”! Today green service just as available as the old toxic method. However we prefer to go green for our customers and for the environment.

What should I prepare for the arrival of the carpet cleaning technician?

If it’s possible, please vacuum before our arrival and make sure that everything is picked up from the floor.  We can move all reasonably not heavy furniture and place it back in position.  Please also remove all breakables such as lamps from surfaces.

How often should I clean my carpet, rug or upholstery?    

It’s recommend that people with asthma and/or allergy wash their carpet, rug and upholstered furniture every 3 to 6 months. Vacuuming alone isn’t enough. People without these symptoms should get professional cleaning at least once a year.

How long will my carpet or upholstery take to dry?           
The typical drying time is from 4 to 6 hours however the surface is touch-dry even in an hour in good conditions. Drying time depends on thickness of pile and thread, the weather conditions and the air flow in the home.          

I have asthma and/or allergies. I’m worried if the chemicals will bother me?
We use only green (non-toxic) solutions. Most people aren’t having allergic reactions from green products, but in some cases they may. For that reason we carry Hypo-Allergen solution that is also environmentally safe and absolutely non-toxic therefore safe for people with allergies and/or asthma, also for small children, elderly people and pets. Cleaning often professionally carpets, rug and furniture can prevent future attacks.

What precautions do I need to take after my carpet or upholstery has been cleaned?    
Right after cleaning carpet, floors are slippery. Be cautious when walking from the carpet to another hard surface since your feet will get wet. Remove all foam-blocks under furniture after 24 hours. Vacuum carpet and/or upholstery thoroughly after a 24-hour period.
